Español: La obra representa un milagro realizado por San Hipólito de Roma, y procede de un retablo costeado por el canónigo Ferrer Despujol para la capilla de San Lorenzo de la Catedral de Barcelona. Es una obra característica de la etapa final del pintor, más narrativa y con vestidos a la moda, propios del estilo internacional. Representa a María, Jesús y cuatro ángeles en la estancia en la que transcurre el milagro (Texto extractado de: Pintura española del Románico al Renacimiento, Museo Nacional del Prado, 2010, p. 24).
